HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

1. Make sure that the products are in the same condition you received them, intact and with the tags attached.

2. Use the return form at the bottom of this page and enter the order number or the tracking code communicated to you via e-mail. Follow the instructions and fill in the requested fields. Remember to specify with a comment if you prefer to receive a refund or a replacement. 3. Wait to be contacted by e-mail from the Aeronautica Militare Official Store Customer Service who will send you the return shipping label. Once the e-mail is received, prepare the package and attach the UPS label on our box or on a box with the same strength and size covering the information of the first shipment. Remember to insert the payment receipt inside the package.

4. Book the parcel pick up by contacting UPS, by phone or online, within 14 working days from the delivery date. If you prefer, you can send the package using the closest UPS Access Point.
